Associate Dentist Position with Partnership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and productive Associate Dentist to join our practice. This role is ideal for a dentist who wants to focus on delivering excellent patient care while also having the option to transition into ownership/partnership after a 12- 24 month associate term.
The Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years of clinical experience (asset)
- New grads welcome — mentorship available
- Comfortable with all facets of general dentistry
- Interest in expanding into comprehensive ortho or surgery (optional)
Partnership Opportunity
- Join experienced, dentist-owned practice ownership/management team
- Equity/Ownership Options: 10–50% (based on your comfort and goals)
- Produce $100K+ clinically while minimizing management burden
