Looking for a dental team where patients smile, and so do you? Valley Ridge Dental, part of Crescent Dental Group, is seeking a Part-Time RDH to join our welcoming, modern clinic!
Schedule:
- Two Saturdays per month (9 AM – 4 PM)
- Always closed on long weekends

Duties
- Perform dental prophylaxis, scaling, and root planning to remove plaque and tartar buildup
- Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history review
- Take and develop medical imaging, including X-rays and other diagnostic images
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
- Assist with chairside procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Ensure infection control through aseptic techniques and proper sterilization of instruments
- Review medical records and documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Support pediatric dentistry procedures when necessary, providing gentle care to young patients
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth clinic operations and patient satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – experienced preferred, new grads welcome!
- Bilingual candidates highly valued
- Bonus: knowledge of orthodontics, pediatrics, or dental assisting
