Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice in Lillooet BC. Lillooet is a welcoming small town about 3.5 hours from the lower mainland. Minimum compensation $18000 per month or 45% of collection, which ever is higher. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care and a passion for patient education. As an Associate Dentist, you will work independently to deliver comprehensive dental services, ensuring a positive experience for our patients. Have the freedom to do all procedures you want to. You will be the main dentist in the office, so no need to worry of lucrative procedures being referred to owner Dentist.
Responsibilities
- Provide a full range of dental services, including examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Perform restorative procedures, extractions, and other dental treatments as needed.
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care practices.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Cleardent systems.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and incorporate them into practice.
- Manage pediatric patients with care and understanding, ensuring a comfortable experience for children.
- Uphold the highest standards of infection control and safety protocols in the dental office.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid BCl license to practice dentistry.
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
