We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their visits. As a Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for performing dental cleanings, educating patients on oral hygiene practices. We provide training and mentorship from the basic hygiene procedures to advanced STM, Velscope and Laser assisted Dentistry and more. This is a Part-Time position forour Vaughan Location For Mondays 9am-6pm and some Saturdays 9am-2pm (I can also offer some Fridays at our Brampton Location)
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough dental cleanings and assess the oral health of patients.
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in the dental software.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
Build rapport with patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued during their appointments.
Stay updated with advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.
