Our established, patient - centered dental practice is seeking an experienced and highly organized Lead Dental Receptionist to join our team. This is a key leadership role within the front office, and we are offering a $1000 signing bonus to the right candidate.

The ideal candidate is confident in managing day to day administrative operations independently, excels in patient communication, and has a strong background in dental insurance and schedule coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about patient care and ready to take charge at the front desk, we want to meet you!

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum of 2+ years of dental front desk experience
Knowledge of Dentrix software is preferred
Strong knowledge of dental insurance and A/R
A team player who brings positivity and professionalism
Strong communication and organizational skills
Leadership experience is a strong plus

Schedule:

Full time hours (flexible based on availability and office needs)
1 or 2 evenings/week
1 Saturday a month
