We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Locum Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice while our dentist is away from December 8, 2025 - January 22, 2026. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care and a commitment to patient satisfaction. This role involves working collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive dental services, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
Duties
- Perform routine and complex dental procedures including crowns, extractions and endodontic treatments.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans and oral health education.
- Collaborate with dental team to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
- Ensure patient comfort throughout all procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the dental office.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid dental license in Alberta.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and dedication to patient care.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20,000.00-$35,000.00 per month
