Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. The Dentist will work collaboratively with our dedicated team to promote oral health and educate patients on preventive care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns/bridges, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records using our dental software system Abeldent.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Experience
- A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution is required.
- Active dental license in Alberta.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the healthcare team.
- Experience working with pediatric patients is highly desirable, showcasing the ability to provide care tailored to younger demographics.

Pay: $10,000.00-$30,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
