Overview
We’re hiring a patient-centered Associate Dentist to provide comprehensive general dentistry for a diverse, family-based patient base. The ideal candidate is comfortable with diagnosis & treatment planning, restorative, extractions, endo on single-rooted teeth, Invisalign/aligners, and preventive care. Experience with (or interest in) laser dentistry is a plus—training available. The hours would be Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with 1-2 Saturdays per month.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive, relationship-building exams, diagnosis, and patient education
- High-quality restorative, cosmetic, and preventive care
- Extractions and routine endodontics (refer complex cases as appropriate)
- Options for anxious patients, including Solea® laser when indicated Cornerstone Family Dental
- Accurate, timely clinical notes; collaborate closely with RDAs/hygienists
- Participate in case reviews; contribute to a positive, team-first culture
Requirements
- DDS/DMD and eligibility for licensure with the Alberta Dental Association & College (ADA&C)
- Malpractice insurance in good standing
- Excellent communication and chairside manner; evidence-based care
- Willingness to learn and collaborate in a fast-growing practice
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
