About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and professional Registered Dental Assistant to join our friendly and dynamic dental team. While experience is an asset, we welcome recent graduates who demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering outstanding patient care, supporting clinical operations, and helping ensure every patient has a positive and welcoming experience. We are a privately owned clinic, hiring a 2nd RDA to join the back office team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during general dental procedures.
- Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols.
- Capture and process X-rays and other diagnostic images.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and team members.
- Manage time efficiently in a busy, fast-paced clinic environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active registration and license with the Alberta Dental Association and College (ADA&C).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid certification.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and clinical procedures.
- Ability to stay organized, focused, and calm in a high-traffic dental office.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
- Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of clinical care and documentation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
