What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is an energetic, organized, and inspiring leader who:
- Has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a dental administrative or management role
- Possesses strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and treatment planning
- Is highly skilled at managing estimates, pre-determinations, schedules, payments, A/R, and presenting treatment plans
- Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, professional manner
- Leads by example with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to patient care
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support daily administrative operations across multiple dental offices
- Lead and mentor administrative and clinical teams, fostering a positive and high-performing culture
- Recruit, onboard, and train team members
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching
- Implement office systems, policies, and best practices to improve efficiency
- Manage scheduling, pre-booking systems, and patient flow
- Oversee financial and operational performance to achieve revenue goals
- Manage supply ordering, vendor relationships, and cost control
- Collaborate with the corporate team to identify growth opportunities and implement new strategies
- Ensure an outstanding patient experience through leadership, empathy, and accountability
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a dental administrative or management role
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven ability to motivate and develop team members
- Solid understanding of dental billing, insurance, and treatment coordination
- Proficiency in dental software and administrative systems
