Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on creating a comfortable and positive experience. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, and pediatric dentistry.
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Dentrix.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their oral health and treatment options.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient flow and care.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and training.
Skills
- Proficiency in using dental software systems, particularly Epic and Dentrix.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
- Experience in pediatric dentistry is highly desirable.
- Previous dental office experience is preferred to ensure familiarity with office protocols and patient management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and staff alike.

40% of collections to be paid each month
