Job Summary
At Trenton Smiles Dental Centre, We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice for a Permanent Full-Time position.
We are a family owned Dental office with 3 fulltime and 1 part time hygienists. We are paperless modern office with latest dental technologies including a scanner. Our mission statement is to provide professional Dental Care to our patients with dignity and respect. We are a non corporate office with family like and family oriented team. Most of our staff has been with Dr. Rajpara since he took our the ownership of this practice.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care and will be adept at working with patients of all ages, including children. The Associate Dentist will collaborate with our team to deliver comprehensive dental services while ensuring a comfortable and positive experience for all patients.
OUR OPFFICE HOUSR ARE MONDAY TO THURSDAY 8-5PM AND FRIDAYS 8-3PM.
NO WEEKENDS OR EVENINGS.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and preventive care.
- Develop treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Utilize our dental software Clearednt for patient management and record keeping.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their oral health, treatment options, and post-treatment care.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations within the practice.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry by participating in continuing education opportunities.
Experience
- NDEB Certified or A degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution is required.
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus.
