Southwood Dental is a busy general dental clinic located in southeast Edmonton. We are looking for a confident and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our close-knit, multi-lingual team. With strong mentorship, a steady stream of new patients, and modern digital tools, this is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a meaningful impact.
About Our Team
- Location: Southeast Edmonton (free parking, standalone building)
- Active Patients: ~4,000
- New Patients: 65–85 per month
- Operatories: 1.5–3 for each DDS provider
- Technology: Digital sensors, Pan, Videa AI Diagnostics
- Software: Dentrix | Fully paperless
- Languages Spoken: English, Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu (others welcome, we value diversity!)
Schedule
- Alternating 2-week rotation:
- Week 1: Tues 3-9, Wed 9–3, Thurs 3–9, Fri 9–3
- Week 2: Mon 1-9, Tues 9-3, Wed 9–3, Thurs 3-9, Fri 3-9, Sat 9–4
Compensation & Perks

Your Role & Scope
- High volume of emergency and same day care
- General dentistry (bread & butter focus)
- Basic endo and extractions
- Growth opportunities in advanced endo, impacted 3rds, and emergency care

About You:
- Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
- Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
- Valid CPR certification
