We’re looking for a goal-driven Dental Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator who shines in customer service and sales.
You’ll be the first and last impression our patients have — greeting them warmly, scheduling appointments, coordinating care, and helping the team meet our weekly and monthly goals.
If you love connecting with people, are highly organized, and take pride in helping a business grow, this is the role for you.
No prior dental experience is required — but strong sales and customer service experience is a must.
Work Hours
- Monday & Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (team starts at 6:00 AM)
- Wednesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (team starts at 6:00 AM)
- Friday to Sunday: Off – enjoy your 3-day weekend every week!

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience (required)
- Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with early mornings (arrive at 6:00 AM)
- Able to provide professional references we can contact
- Located near Casselman, ON, or willing to commute/relocate
Bonus Points
- Experience in a dental or medical office
- Bilingual (English/French)
