New Sudbury Dental is a modern, privately owned, growing dental practice committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a positive, team-focused environment. We have recently completed a major expansion, adding an entire second floor with 12 new operatories. While this new space is not yet running at full capacity, it provides a rare opportunity to grow steadily, build strong systems, and expand into all areas of dentistry at a manageable pace.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager to help lead our team through this exciting period of growth.
Position Overview
The Dental Office Manager will oversee daily operations, support staff management, coordinate patient flow, and help build and maintain efficient systems throughout the practice. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee front office and administrative operations
- Support and work with our office manager to collaboratively run the practice smoothly
- Lead, train, schedule, and support administrative staff
- Maintain smooth patient flow between clinical and front office teams
- Monitor daily schedules and maximize productivity
- Implement and refine office systems during continued expansion
- Manage insurance processes, billing procedures, and patient accounts
- Support hiring and onboarding as the practice grows
- Ensure compliance with office policies and dental regulations
- Assist with monthly reporting, KPIs, and practice performance tracking
- Promote a positive, team-oriented office culture
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of dental office management experience required
- Strong understanding of dental insurance, billing, and coding
- Experience with dental practice software Abeldent
- Excellent leadership, strong communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage growth, multitask, and adapt to evolving needs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional, approachable, and team-oriented

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- One evening per week Monday or Wednesday available. No weekends.
