Job Description:
We are currently hiring a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA II) to join our growing team and work between our 2 Sherwood Park offices! In this role, you will support our dental team by preparing patients for procedures, sterilizing instruments, and assisting the dentist during a variety of dental procedures. Responsibilities:
- Chairside Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for dental procedures.
- Take dental radiographs and CBCT images.
- Oryx software usage, charting, treatment planning, record keeping, booking appointments in chair.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and treatment plans.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinical aspect of the office, adhering to infection control protocols and assisting in sterilization when required.
- Knowledge of Digital Impressions "Itero" software ideal.
- Ensure effective communication with patients, addressing their questions or concerns professionally.
- Assist with front office tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing patient flow.
Experience Required:
- 2 years is preferable however new grads are welcome as well
- Certified Dental Assistant

Tuesday 1:30 - 8:00 (Wye Dental location)
Wednesday 8:00- 4:00 (Parkstone Emerald Hills location)
Thursday 8:00 - 4:00 (Wye Dental location)
Friday 8 - 4:00 (Parkstone Emerald Hills location)
