Position: Customer Service Representative/Dental Administrator
Location: Lakeside Dental, Saskatoon, SK

What You'll Do:
- Be the friendly voice that helps customers with their questions, concerns, and everything in between.
- Use your problem-solving skills to turn frowns upside down.
- Work closely with a fantastic team who always has your back!
- Offer solutions and make the customer’s experience memorable.
- Schedule appointments, check patients in and out, send insurance claims
- Other administrative tasks

- Ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease and a smile.
