Part-Time Associate Dentist – SW Calgary
We’re hiring. Not urgently. Not desperately. Just ready for the right fit.
Established practice, steady flow, no chaos. We’re looking for an Associate with 2+ years under their belt who’s comfortable taking on a full scope of treatment and doesn’t need hand-holding.
Schedule:
Mon: 8–4
Tues/Wed: 10–6
1 Sat/month: 8–4
The Role:
- Bread-and-butter + more involved cases (endo, exos, larger restorative)
- Autonomy in how you practice
- Patients who show up and say yes
The Setup:
- Strong admin team
- Systems that actually work
- Consistent patient base (not a “build from scratch” situation)
You:
- 2+ years experience
- Licensed, in good standing
- Confident, efficient, and don’t overcomplicate things
Comp: 40% of collections
