We’re hiring a Sales & Scheduling Coordinator to lead the front of our clinic — someone who enjoys being the first point of contact at the front desk , thrives on high volume outbound calling, and is motivated by meeting daily goals and targets.
You’ll be both the face and the voice of the business.
Each day you’ll greet patients at the front desk while managing a steady rhythm of outbound phone calls, texts, and emails to fill our treatment schedule.
This is a commission-based, performance-driven role for someone who enjoys cinouter systems, lists, scripts, and seeing their effort translate directly into booked appointments and bonuses.
What You’ll Do
- Make and manage a high volume of outbound calls to patients and warm leads
- Convert patient inquiries and referrals into booked appointments using prepared scripts and systems.
- Greet and assist patients at the front desk with professionalism and confidence.
- Coordinate multiple provider calendars for an efficient daily schedule.
- Track and meet daily and weekly booking goals — bonuses paid for hitting targets.
- Participate in training events and team travel (must be able to travel to the USA).
Must be available for evening and weekend training on a month basis
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in a sales-focused or healthcare office environment (medical, dental, optical, veterinary, or similar).
- Confidence speaking with people in person and over the phone.
- Motivation to meet daily performance targets and earn commission based on success.
- Strong organization, multitasking, and follow-through in a busy environment.
- A calm, professional presence and team-first attitude.
- Valid passport for required travel
