Responsibilities
- Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions
- Diagnose dental conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic health record systems like Dentrix
- Educate patients on oral health practices and post-treatment care
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control standards in the practice
Skills
- Proficiency with dental software Dentrix
- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
- Excellent patient communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate approach with a focus on patient comfort and education
