The Nanaimo Smiles and Ladysmith Smiles team is on a mission to provide exceptional, accessible dental care in a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment. Every smile matters here—and every team member does too.
We’re looking for talented Registered Dental Hygienists to join our growing clinics, full-time or part-time, with flexible schedules including optional evenings and Saturdays. Please include your preferred availability in your cover letter.

What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional dental hygiene care
- Conduct oral health assessments
- Educate patients on oral health practices in a friendly, non-judgmental way
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records
- Assist with sterilization, room turnover, restocking, and periodontal charting
What You Bring
- Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program
- Current registration and licensure in British Columbia
- Strong knowledge of oral anatomy, dental diseases, and preventive care
- Proficiency in dental cleanings, oral assessments, and radiographs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented record-keeping
- Familiarity with dental software is a plus
