Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) or Dental Hygiene Practitioner (DHP) to join our innovative and rapidly growing mobile dental practice. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work part-time or full-time, depending on your availability and preferences.

Our mission is to improve access to quality dental care for underserved populations, with a focus on seniors in long-term care facilities. Our mobile dental clinics feature state-of-the-art technology, enabling a broad range of dental treatments delivered directly to patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide bedside dental hygiene care to residents in long-term care facilities.
- Collaborate with a dedicated dental team to ensure excellent patient-centered care.
- Travel to various long-term care homes as part of your workday (travel compensation provided).
- Maintain accurate treatment records and communicate effectively with the dental team and facility staff.
Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) or Dental Hygiene Practitioner (DHP) in British Columbia.
- Ability to work independently while being organized, personable, and professional.
- Strong communication skills with a passion for serving frail elders.
- Previous experience in long-term care is an asset but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel between care homes.
Compensation and Scheduling:
- Compensation is based on a percentage of daily production, ensuring fair reward for your performance and contribution.
- Flexible scheduling Monday to Sunday, with shifts tailored to your preference.
- Typical daily schedule includes working with 8 to 9 patients, providing a balanced and manageable workload.
