Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The successful candidate will provide high-quality preventative dental care, educate patients on oral hygiene, and assist the dental team in delivering exceptional patient experiences. Responsibilities
- Perform professional dental cleaning procedures including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and tartar.
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) using appropriate imaging techniques.
- Conduct oral health assessments and record findings accurately in patient records.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care measures.
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure all dental instruments are properly disinfected.
- Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up care instructions efficiently.
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in dental hygiene practices and technology, including CAD systems where applicable.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of anatomy relevant to oral health and dental structures.
- Proficiency in medical imaging techniques, including radiography, with a focus on safety standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple patient cases effectively.

Pay: $50.00-$60.40 per hour
