Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our modern dental practice 2 to 4 days a week.
Our office has strong New Patient Flow (50+)
The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care and a commitment to patient satisfaction, with at least 2 years of experience.
The Associate Dentist will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall patient experience while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of dental services, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, and extractions.
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions while developing personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care practices.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional service.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the dental office.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid provincial dental license to practice dentistry. (BCCOHP card required)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
- Minimum of 2 years experience.
