Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Associate Dentist with a strong passion for restorative dentistry, particularly biomimetic and adhesive dentistry, to join our growing, modern dental practice. Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality restorative dentistry, including:
Biomimetic dentistry
Adhesive dentistry
Inlays and onlays
Complex direct and indirect restorations
Diagnose and develop comprehensive treatment plans with a conservative, tooth-preserving approach
Deliver precise, aesthetic, and durable restorations using modern materials and techniques
Educate patients on treatment options, oral health, and long-term restorative outcomes
Collaborate with the dental team to maintain exceptional clinical standards and patient experience
Requirements
Valid RCDSO (Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario) license (required)
Strong clinical experience in restorative dentistry
Demonstrated proficiency in biomimetic and adhesive techniques
Experience with inlays and onlays (digital or conventional workflows an asset)
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to clinical excellence
Strong communication and patient-care skills
