Smile Esthetics | World-Class Clinical & Business Mentorship
Smile Esthetics is offering a rare associate dentist opportunity for the individual who is not interested in taking the long road, learning through trial and error, or carrying the full weight of practice ownership in order to grow.
This role is designed for the highly driven associate who wants to compress time in both clinical mastery and business acumen by learning directly under an experienced mentor in a world-class clinical environment.
This is not a volume-driven associate position.
This is a mentorship-based growth opportunity.
About the Opportunity
You will be practicing in a world-class clinic with systems, standards, and culture already built at a high level. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn directly under a Kois-trained mentor with 14 years of combined clinical, leadership, and business training.
This position is ideal for the associate who:
- Wants to accelerate their clinical growth rather than spending years piecing together CE and experience independently
- Values learning under mentorship rather than “figuring it out alone”
- Is curious about the business and leadership side of dentistry but does not want the full burden and risk of practice ownership
- Is motivated, coachable, and committed to excellence in patient care
- Sees dentistry as both a craft and a long-term professional vehicle for growth and impact
What Makes This Role Rare
Most associate positions offer production and independence, but little true mentorship.
At Smile Esthetics, you will gain exposure to:
- High-level clinical decision making and treatment planning
- A refined approach to comprehensive, esthetic, and patient-centered care
- Business systems, leadership frameworks, and operational thinking that typically only come with ownership
- A culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
This opportunity allows you to develop the skills of a future leader and high-performing clinician without carrying the entire operational and financial load of owning a practice.
Who This Is For
This role is for the associate who:
- Is ambitious, disciplined, and growth-oriented
- Wants to shorten the learning curve in both dentistry and business
- Values mentorship and proximity to excellence
- Is willing to be coached and challenged
- Is not looking for “just a job,” but a professional acceleration opportunity
If you are the type of dentist who would rather learn directly from someone who has already walked the path, refined the systems, and built the practice, this opportunity was created for you.
