We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our progressive dental practice in Mississauga. The ideal candidate should be clinically confident, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general dentistry procedures, including examinations, restorations, crowns, extractions, and root canal treatments
- Diagnose oral health conditions through clinical evaluations and diagnostic tools
- Develop and execute personalized treatment plans
- Utilize dental software (Open Dental) for charting
- Provide gentle and effective pediatric dental care when required
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options
- Collaborate effectively with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative team members
- Maintain strict adherence to infection prevention and safety protocols
Qualifications & Skills
- DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental program
- Licensed and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO)
- Strong clinical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $130,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
