Job Summary
Millrise Dental Clinic in South West Calgary is looking for a Registered Dental Assistant Level 2 (RDA Level 2) to join our team. This position is full-time ,5 days per week and 1-2 Saturdays a month including a paid half hour lunch break!
We are looking for a hard-working and dedicated RDA to join our friendly, long-term team of assistants! This position will act as an assistant between our 4 dentists.
The office is privately owned and conveniently located on a major bus route - we also have free onsite staff parking! We are never open the Saturdays of long weekends, are always closed between Christmas and New Year's and we will never open Sundays!
Experience is preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply. Only candidates who currently live in Calgary and are legally allowed to work in Canada will be considered.

Duties
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments in accordance with infection control protocols
- Assist the dentist during various procedures, including orthodontic treatments and pediatric dentistry
- Take and develop dental radiographs using CAD technology when necessary
- Manage patient records using Power Practice software accurately and efficiently
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and post-procedure care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment at all times
Qualifications
- Registered Dental Assistant Level 2 with relevant licensure or certification preferred
- Experience with Power Practice, Itero, Cerec, and CADI systems is highly desirable
- Knowledge of orthodontics, pediatrics, and implantology is a plus
- Strong understanding of dental assisting procedures and infection control standards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages, including children
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude with a focus on providing compassionate patient care

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
