Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, positive, professional and compassionate Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, promote oral health education, and support the overall operations of the dental team. Duties
- Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup.
- Take dental radiographs as needed.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
- Assist with patient examinations and record keeping using Dentrix.
- Support the dental team during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Manage patient appointments efficiently and handle patient inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain a clean and sterile clinical environment in compliance with Sterilization Guidelines.
- Collaborate with dentists on treatment planning.
- Support to accommodate diverse patient populations.
Experience
- 2+ years prior experience working as a Dental Hygienist in a fast-paced dental office setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of Dentrix software is highly desirable.
- Experience with orthodontics or pediatrics is a plus.
- Strong understanding dentistry terminology.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
- Previous experience dental assisting role enhances candidacy.
Shift Availability
The right candidate will be available for the following shifts:
- Monday 8am to 3pm
- Tuesday 12pm/1pm to 8pm
- Wednesday 10am to 6pm
- Thursday 12pm/1pm to 8pm
- Optional Friday 9am to 4pm
- 2 Saturdays a month 9am to 4pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55.00-$65.00 per hour
