At Anytime Dental, we’re looking for Associate Dentists who genuinely care about their patients and want to be part of something modern, supportive, and a little different from the traditional dental model. We’re building a network designed around one simple idea: great dentistry should be accessible, convenient, and personalized.

What the Role Looks Like
This is a flexible opportunity where you can shape your schedule and practice style:
- Full-time or part-time options available
- Days, evenings, and weekends
- Commission-based independent contractor role
(structured through an independent contractor agreement)
What You’ll Be Doing
Your day-to-day will feel familiar—but supported:
- Building trust with patients through thoughtful exams and clear communication
- Creating treatment plans that prioritize comfort, function, and long-term outcomes
- Providing a full scope of care—restorative, surgical, and preventative
- Expanding into cosmetic or orthodontic treatments if that’s your interest
- Working alongside a team that’s aligned, efficient, and genuinely supportive
Who You Are
You don’t need to check every box—but you should feel aligned with how we practice:
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Ontario and in good standing with the RCDSO
- Someone who puts patients first and communicates with ease
- Clinically confident—or building toward it—with a desire to keep learning
- Comfortable in a busy, well-run clinic environment
- Interested in growing your skills (Invisalign, implants, cosmetics are all a plus)
