Our busy and friendly dental practices in Vaughan are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team on a full-time basis.
The ideal candidate must be available to work weekdays and some weekends. We are looking for a motivated professional who is passionate about patient care and committed to delivering high-quality dental hygiene services in a welcoming and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess oral health.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
- Utilize TRACKER and AbleDent software for patient records management and scheduling.
- Work with pediatric patients, ensuring a friendly and reassuring environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dental office, adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Stay updated on medical terminology relevant to dental practices.
Experience
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with TRACKER and AbelDent software is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance patient interactions.
