We are a well-established dental practice located in the beautiful Cayman Islands, and we are looking for friendly and talented Dentists, Dental Hygienists, and Dental Assistants to join our growing team.

For Dentists:
You'll be providing comprehensive general dental care, including diagnostic, restorative, and preventative services. From developing personalised treatment plans to delivering high-quality clinical dentistry, you'll be at the heart of our patient care. If you are a general dentist and have experience in advanced procedures like implants, endodontics, or cosmetic dentistry, or are specialists looking for a working vacation, we'd love to hear from you!
For Dental Hygienists:
You'll be the hero of our patients' smiles! You will provide comprehensive preventative and periodontal care, from patient education and scaling to root planing and prophylaxis. You'll create personalised maintenance plans and deliver high-quality, minimally invasive hygiene therapy, all while building genuine connections with our patients.
For Dental Assistants:
You'll be the right hand to our dentists, ensuring smooth procedures and happy patients. From chairside assistance and sterilisation to patient preparation and clinical support, you'll play a vital role in creating a seamless and positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
What We're Looking For:
For Dentists:
· BDS, DDS, or equivalent qualification, ideally from the UK, Canada, South Africa, Australia, or the USA.
· Minimum 5 years' experience
· A valid license to practice Dentistry
· Experience in advanced procedures is highly desirable.
For Dental Hygienists:
· A recognised Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree (e.g. RDH, BDentSc (Hyg), or equivalent), ideally from the UK, Canada, South Africa, Australia, or the USA.
· Minimum 5 years' experience in a general dental practice setting.
· Ability to take radiographs (or willing to learn!).
· Ability to administer Local Anaesthetic (LA) or willing to complete the necessary certification.
· Comfortable working independently without a dedicated assistant.
· Additional skillsets such as my functional therapy is a bonus!
For Dental Assistants:
· A recognised Dental Assistant certification or qualification, ideally from the UK, Canada, South Africa, Australia, or the USA.
· Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a general dental practice setting.
· Experience with sterilisation, chairside assistance, and patient management.
· Able to take radiographs, impressions, intra-oral photographs and digital scanning.
