About the practice
Palmerston Dental Care is a modern, patient-centred general practice in Toronto with a strong focus on quality dentistry and a respectful, team-based culture. We’re organized, systems-driven, and value clear communication—so the schedule runs smoothly and patients feel genuinely cared for. You’ll be supported by experienced clinical and admin staff, a strong hygiene program, and leadership that prioritizes ethical treatment planning and long-term patient relationships.
What you’ll do
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry (exams, restorative, crown & bridge, emergency care, etc.)
- Diagnose and present treatment plans clearly and ethically
- Deliver high-quality clinical care with a strong standard of documentation and follow-up
- Work collaboratively with hygiene, assistants, and admin to keep the day running smoothly
- Maintain strong infection prevention and control standards (IPAC
What we’re looking for
- DDS/DMD and licensed (or eligible) to practice in Ontario
- Strong communication and chairside manner
- Commitment to quality, ethics, and patient experience
- Comfortable with a busy schedule and working as part of a team
- New grads welcome if you’re coachable and clinically solid
Nice to have (not required)
- Experience with endo/molar endo, Invisalign/clear aligners, implants, or oral surgery
- Interest in long-term growth within a stable practice
Schedule
- Flexible: 2–5 days/week depending on your availability and fit
- Evening/weekend options: (add if applicable)
Salary
$150,000 to $450,000 a year based on collections (40%)
