Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. This role involves diagnosing, treating, and educating patients on dental health, utilizing modern technology and best practices. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues using advanced tools and techniques.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including restorative, cosmetic, and preventive procedures.
- Utilize dental CAD/CAM technology to create precise restorations and prosthetics.
- Maintain detailed patient records using electronic health record systems such as Epic and Dentrix.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry, including new techniques, materials, and technologies relevant to pediatric dentistry when applicable.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards, including infection control protocols and OSHA regulations.
Skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems such as Epic and Dentrix.
- Experience with CAD/CAM technology for designing dental restorations.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry.
- Prior experience working in a dental office setting is highly preferred.
- Ability to treat pediatric patients with patience and care when necessary.
- Excellent diagnostic skills combined with a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients about their oral health needs.

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
