We are a busy dental practice in a thriving area looking to add a passionate and professional GBT Certified Registered Dental Hygienist to our team. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering top-notch patient care, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive dental cleanings using Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) techniques for optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care.
Provide excellent patient care and create a welcoming environment.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure infection control protocols are followed.
Work collaboratively with the rest of the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care.
Schedule:
Monday Shift: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM (First patient is at 10:00 AM)
Friday Shift: 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM (First patient is at 10:00 AM)
TWO Saturday's a Month: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM (First patient is at 8:00 AM)
Qualifications:
Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
Current GBT Certification would be ideal, however for the right candidate we would provide the certification course.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients.
Passion for patient care and a commitment to high-quality work.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience in a busy practice is a plus.
