Hello, I’m Dr. Nadia Stymiest, owner of Nanaimo Smiles and Ladysmith Smiles.
You will step into a busy, established schedule replacing a relocating senior associate who produced over $100,000 per month. Our privately owned, family-run clinics are modern, fully staffed, and supported by a strong hygiene program, allowing you to focus on providing excellent dentistry.
Our clinics are privately and family owned — not corporate — allowing dentists real clinical autonomy and a supportive, collaborative environment.
You will join a team of dentists across two modern, fully staffed practices focused on delivering exceptional, accessible dental care to patients of all ages.
Since founding Ladysmith Smiles in September 2021 and opening Nanaimo Smiles in January 2022, we have built practices centered around high-quality dentistry, modern technology, and a positive team culture.

Qualifications
To be considered, you must:
- Graduate from an accredited dental school
- Hold a valid license to practice dentistry in British Columbia
- Demonstrate strong diagnostic and clinical skills
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members
- Be committed to high-quality patient care
Clinical Interests (Optional)
- Clear aligner therapy experience
- Comfortable treating pediatric patients
- Experience with digital dentistry and practice management software
- Dentists with interests in implants, endodontics, or oral surgery will find strong patient demand and support to grow these areas if desired
- Associates with several years of clinical experience are especially encouraged to apply
