NOW HIRING: ASSOCIATE DENTIST
A practice built for patients. A culture built for you!
Most dentists enter this profession because they want to make a real difference in people's lives, and then spend years working in environments that make that harder than it should be. At Kynd Dental Collective, we are building something fundamentally different, and we are looking for an Associate Dentist who is ready for it.
Kynd is a brand-new, state-of-the-art, six-operatory implant and general dentistry clinic opening in late April 2026 at 514 16th Ave NE, Calgary, located at the base of the newly built Munro Towers, anchored to the new Calgary Co-op, with direct frontage on 16th Avenue, abundant parking, and exceptional visibility. This is a rare, ground-floor opportunity to join a practice that was designed, from the physical space to the patient philosophy, to be the kind of clinic you always hoped to work in.
Why Kynd? A different kynd of dentistry.
Our mission is straightforward: provide exceptional dental care in an environment where patients feel genuinely safe, respected, and comfortable, and where our team feels the same way. We believe oral wellbeing is integral to overall health and quality of life, and we are committed to treating it with the seriousness and compassion it deserves.
The Kynd clinic is a showcase of thoughtful design and premium investment. Six operatories, beautiful finishes, cutting-edge technology, digital workflows, and a team culture where the dentist's voice genuinely matters. Positioned at the base of the Munro Towers on one of Calgary's busiest corridors, next to the new Calgary Co-op, our clinic is built for visibility, accessibility, and community reach. We have built the infrastructure. Now we are building the team.
This is not a role where you will be pushed toward production at the expense of your patients or your integrity. It is a role where you will have the support, the tools, and the time to practice dentistry the way it should be practiced.
