Duties:
* Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional demeanor
* Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
* Manage patient records and ensure accurate data entry
* Processing payments and insurance claims
* Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations
* Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
* Perform general administrative tasks as needed
*Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports
Qualifications:
* Previous experience working in a dental office setting required
* Prior experience in an office management role is a requirement
* Proven ability to oversee daily office operations and maintain efficient workflow
* Experience managing appointment scheduling, confirmations, and patient coordination
* Strong background in maintaining accurate patient records and data entry
* Experience processing payments and handling insurance claims
* Ability to coordinate effectively with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care
* Excellent phone etiquette and ability to respond professionally to patient inquiries
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time-management abilities
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients on oral health practices effectively

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
