Whether you're a new grad or an experienced hygienist, you’ll be supported, trusted, and set up to succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing
This role is about much more than cleanings—it’s about being a trusted partner in your patients’ long-term oral health.
In a typical day, you’ll:
- Provide comprehensive preventive and therapeutic hygiene care, including scaling, root planing, and polishing
- Conduct oral health assessments, periodontal charting, and risk identification
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, disease prevention, and overall health connections
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with a loyal re-care patient base
- Collaborate closely with dentists and the clinical team to support comprehensive treatment planning
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
- Create a comfortable, positive experience that keeps patients coming back
You’ll have the time, tools, and patient flow to do your best work—without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
The Role
- Full-time position
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Compensation: $60.00 – $65.00/hour (based on experience)
