We are seeking a full-time Associate Dentists to join our teams on Vancouver Island, BC. These are full-time positions in a well-established practices with a loyal patient bases and long-term team members, and an exceptional cultures. Candidates seeking mentorship will benefit from excellent guidance and education from experienced dentists within the group.
New grads are welcome; mentorship is available.
Locations include: Nanaimo, Duncan, Mill Bay, Victoria.
Responsibilities:
- Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
- Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, including pediatric patients.
- Administer local anesthesia and perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals; Invisalign or SureSmile experience is an asset.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive dental care.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using dental software systems.
Requirements:
- Valid dental license in the Province of BC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Compensation:
- We pay 40% on collections- This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity for associate dentists providing professional services to our practice. Engagement terms and compensation will be governed by an executed independent contractor agreement. This is not an employee position.
