We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate will support the dental team by preparing patients, assisting with procedures, and ensuring a smooth clinical workflow.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments to maintain a safe environment
- Assist the dentist during procedures, including orthodontic and pediatric treatments
- Take and develop dental radiographs and assist with digital imaging/CAD workflows
- Manage patient records using Power Practice software systems efficiently
- Perform intraoral scans / digital impressions
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Schedule appointments and assist with front desk administrative tasks when needed
- Ensure patient comfort by explaining procedures and answering questions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas in compliance with regulations
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Certification or licensing in Dental Assisting required
- Experience with Power Practice software is an asset
- Knowledge of Epic, CAD tools, orthodontics, and pediatrics is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality patient care
