This is an exciting opportunity to transition into a role that combinespatient care, education, and case coordination.You’ll be the first point of connection for new patients—guiding them through their orthodontic consultation, explaining treatment options, and helping them feel confident every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide new patients through consultations
- Explain orthodontic treatment options and processes
- Support patients in understanding financial arrangements
- Build strong, lasting patient relationships
- Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to deliver exceptional care
Qualifications
- Dental Assistant Level II Certification (required)
- NDAEB certification (asset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for patient care
- Interest in learning and growing within an orthodontic practice
