Specifics about the role:
- Job Type: Part Time (Starting June 15th)
- Schedule: 2-3 days per week (evenings and weekends)

Bragg Creek Dental is located in the beautiful foothills of the Rocky Mountains, just a short drive from Calgary. The scenic commute through rolling foothills and forested landscapes offers a refreshing start and end to your day, making the drive feel less like a commute and more like an escape from the city.
Currently operating out of the owner’s residence, we’re excited to move into our expanded clinic space with a targeted opening in July 2026. This growth reflects our commitment to continuing to serve the Bragg Creek community while creating an exceptional environment for both our patients and our team.

What you’ll do:
- Performing a full range of clinical hygiene services—including scaling, root planning, polishing, and applying topical fluoride—with precision and care.
- Assessing and case typing patients in alignment with clinical protocols to ensure appropriate and personalized care plans.
- Acting as an oral health educator, guiding patients toward healthy habits and long-term preventative care strategies.
- Building strong and trusting patient relationships through every interaction—your positive attitude and professionalism will shine.
- Creating a tailored experience for each patient based on their unique needs, expectations, and goals.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Completion of a recognized Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree program.
- Registered Dental Hygienist status in good standing in Alberta.
- Local Anesthetic Certificate would be considered an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, you’re as good at explaining care as you are at providing it.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, you’re comfortable managing a busy schedule with ease.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit clinical team.
- Comfort with Dentrix and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience is a bonus!
