Overview
We are URGENTYLY seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our growing 2 dental practice locations in Toronto. Current days required - Tues, Wed, Fri & Sat. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional patient care and have experience working in a fast-paced dental environment. This role offers an opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, utilizing advanced dental technology and software. The successful applicant will be proficient in clinical procedures, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues using advanced tools available.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic procedures.
- Utilize dental software such as Dentally for accurate record-keeping, scheduling, and billing.
- Provide dental care for patients of all ages.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and post-treatment care to promote long-term oral wellness.
- Collaborate with other dentist, dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Maintain compliance with all safety protocols and adhere to medical terminology standards during documentation and communication.
- Stay current with industry advancements by participating in continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications
- Valid dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist.
- Strong clinical skills with attention to detail and patient comfort.
