What You Will Do
- Present and explain treatment plans with clarity, confidence and professionalism
- Build strong relationships with patients and guide them through their dental journey
- Coordinate appointments and ensure seamless case acceptance
- Discuss financial options, insurance, and payment plans
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team to deliver an exceptional patient experience
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3 plus years of dental treatment coordinating experience (required)
- Strong, proven ability to convert treatment plans into scheduled cases
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence discussing finances and overcoming objections professionally
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
