Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide quality dental care to patients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Duties:
- Diagnose and treat various dental issues in patients of all ages
- Perform routine check-ups and cleanings
- Administer anesthetics for pain-free procedures
- Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants for efficient patient care
- Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid provincial dental license in good standing
- Proven experience as a Dentist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Skills:
- Knowledge of medical terminology for effective communication with healthcare professionals
- Interest or experience in pediatric dentistry
- Familiarity if possible with Dentrix dental practice management software
- Ability to manage a busy dental office efficiently
