Sprout Kids Dentistry is a new pediatric dental office in Windsor, dedicated to providing exceptional care in a fun, friendly, and child-focused environment. Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist in all chairside procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Use effective behavior management techniques to create a positive experience for pediatric patients.
- Take extra-oral and intra-oral X-rays in compliance with HARP certification guidelines.
- Maintain strict infection control standards, including instrument sterilization and operatory setup.
- Educate families on treatment options, oral hygiene, diet, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Foster a fun, engaging, and supportive office environment for both patients and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Certified Level II Dental Assistant with HARP certification.
- First Aid/BLS Certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when working with children.
- Experience in pediatric dentistry is an asset but not required.
- Experience with dental reception is an asset but not required.
- Familiarity with Tracker software is an asset but not required.
- Fluency in a second language is an asset but not required.

Position Details:
- Position will start with approximately 30 hours per week with the opportunity to grow to 40 hours per week.

- Salary: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
