About Us
Heritage Dental Specialty Practice is looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, organized, and patient-focused professional who has proven experience presenting and closing complex dental treatment plans, especially All-on-X / full-arch dental cases.
The ideal candidate will have completed training through The Closing Institute or Stacey Farley’s Full Arch Sales Course, and will be comfortable guiding patients through high-value treatment decisions with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
Responsibilities include:
Presenting comprehensive treatment plans to patients, including All-on-X and full-arch cases
Explaining treatment options, timelines, fees, financing, and next steps clearly and confidently
Building trust with patients and supporting them through the decision-making process
Following up with prospective and existing patients to help move treatment forward
Coordinating with doctors, clinical team members, and administrative staff
Maintaining accurate documentation and communication in patient records
Supporting an exceptional patient experience from consultation through treatment acceptance
The successful candidate will have:
Experience presenting and closing All-on-X, full-arch, implant, or other high-value dental cases
Training through The Closing Institute or Stacey Farley’s Full Arch Sales Course preferred
Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
A professional, compassionate, and confident approach with patients
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Experience in a dental specialty, implant, oral surgery, prosthodontic, or perio practice considered an asset
A strong understanding of patient financing and case acceptance strategies
