At Gateway Dental, we know that a dental office can change someone's entire day — sometimes even their life. A warm smile at the front desk. A reassuring voice during a stressful moment. A team that truly cares. That's why we believe exceptional patient care begins long before a patient sits in the chair… it begins with people like you.
We are currently looking for a compassionate, organized, and people-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team in beautiful North Bay, Ontario.
This is more than just an administrative role — it's an opportunity to become the calming presence patients remember, the person who helps them feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for from the very first phone call to their final visit.
Located near the breathtaking shores of Lake Nipissing, scenic waterfront trails, local cafés, shopping, and the vibrant downtown core, Gateway Dental offers the perfect balance of meaningful work and quality of life. Whether you love outdoor adventure, peaceful lakeside living, or being part of a welcoming community, North Bay truly has something special to offer.
