Dental Office Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator
Halifax, NS | CA$17.50–CA$24.00 per hour | 25-30 hours/week (3–4 days, one evening)

We are looking for a mature, friendly, and detail-oriented professional to join our dental team as a Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator. If you have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a welcoming smile, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

Greet patients and provide outstanding customer service
Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
Handle insurance protocols and billing procedures
Maintain accurate patient records using dental office software
Support the dental team with treatment coordination
Assist with basic set-up for dental procedures
Perform sterilization of instruments and maintain infection control standards
Contribute to our office’s presence through social media

What We’re Looking For

Proficiency in dental office software
Strong knowledge of insurance processes
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Fast and accurate typing skills
Friendly, professional demeanor with patients and staff

Required Qualifications

First Aid and WHMIS certification
Current CPR certification (must be included with application)
RHA certification (asset)
Social media proficiency (asset)

Job Details

Flexible schedule: 3–4 days per week (~30 hours), includes one evening shift
